About KPTCL: The Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited, also
known as KPTCL is the sole electricity transmission and distribution company in
state of Karnataka. Its origin was in Karnataka Electricity Board. This

Eligibility Criteria: Desired candidates can a pass certificate of 18 to 24
months course in “Electrician or Electronics or Electronic Mechanic” trade from
Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) recognized by Government of Karnataka.

IIIA, IIIB candidates, and RS 200/- for SC/ST Candidates. Fee is to be paid by
